The default shipping method at www.YourStageToys.com is UPS Ground. To expedite your order, simply select the type of shipping you’re interested in during time of check-out and the system will calculate your shipping charge.

Please note that UPS Ground shipping requires approximately 5-7 business days to deliver within the continental US. Some remote areas (within the continental US) may take additional time to arrive so please plan accordingly. As a guideline, please allow 1-3 extra business days when shipping to remote areas. Also please remember that orders must be shipped to a physical address, no APO/FPO/PO Box are allowed for UPS deliveries..! Please make sure to double check all your order information to ensure it is accurate, especially the 'ship to' address.

While we do our best to help your packages arrive on time we can not guarantee a delivery date. Through the UPS system, we do provide tracking information on your packages.

If you shop at our Pleasanton, CA store, you can enjoy our in store pick-up service! Simply place your order online and select "In Store Pick-up" as your shipping method. If the item you purchase is in stock, we will have it wrapped and ready to go the next day. Please do NOT select wrapping - it is free for our local shoppers - just let us know in the comment section how you'd like your gifts wrapped.

We will make every effort to process your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders, unless otherwise stated, will ship within 1 - 2 business days.
